the best support out on the water, it’s important you take accurate measurements
and order the right size.
Top tips on how to take accurate measurements to find your size:
BUST: Wrap the tape over the fullest area of your bust, and straight around your back. Make sure the tape is snug but don’t pull it too tight.
UNDERBUST: Wrap the tape directly under your bust and straight around your back. Ensure it’s level and parallel with the floor, even at the back.
WAIST: With your feet together, wrap the tape around your waist — this is the soft, fleshy point just above your hip bone and below your rib cage and tends to be the narrowest part of your torso. Breathe normally and take your measurement after your exhale.
HIPS: With your feet together, wrap the tape across the widest part of your hips and then around your butt. You might need to move the tape up or down an inch or two to find the widest point. Once you have your measurements, refer to our sizing guide below to confirm your best fit:

Order before 1pm to receive your order within 2-5 working days. GlideSoul uses RoyalMail tracking service.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Busy Period Warning
Please be aware that extended delivery timeframes may apply during busy periods including GlideSoul sales, Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Delivery may take an extra 1 to 3 business days than originally estimated.
We suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel as it is delivered. If a business address is provided, we require the business' name.
Once an order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail tracking, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the order either from the local post office, the authority to leave location or the business address provided.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, GlideSoul is unable to amend the delivery location or redirect your order.

Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:
Your ordered item is unavailable due to stock shortages We are having difficulty processing your payment information We are unable to ship to the address provided
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification via email. Please be assured you will not be billed for any cancelled items.
Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, you may contact Customer Service for recommendations.
Customer Requested Cancellations
Our system is designed to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so after you have clicked "Place Your Order", you cannot cancel or make changes to it.
If you change your mind, you may return any unwanted items by following our return instructions once you receive your order in the mail.
