Delivery Time Frames

USA - 2-10 business days (depends on which warehouse the goods will be shippied from: UK or US)

Canada - 8-10 business days

Rest of the world - 14+ business days

*Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once order has shipped from the warehouse

*The shipping times listed above are the expected delivery times for orders outside of the UK, however this does not take into account possible delays if your parcel is held up in customs. We would ask you to allow 21 days from order to receive your item(s), prior to further investigation

Delivery Fees

USA - 15 USD, Free Delivery for All Orders from 100 USD

Canada* - 30 USD, Free Delivery for All Orders from 200 USD

Rest of the world*: Depends on Order Value

*Taxes/Duties: All orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected during checkout. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery

*You are responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order

Busy Period Warning

Please be aware that extended delivery time frames may apply during busy periods including Season Sale, Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Delivery may take an extra 1 to 3 business days than originally estimated.

Delivery Address

We suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel as it is delivered.

If a business address is provided, we require the business name.

Once an order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail tracking, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the order either from the local post office, the authority to leave location or the business address provided.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, GlideSoul is unable to amend the delivery location or redirect your order.


Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:

  • Your ordered item is unavailable due to stock shortages
  • We are having difficulty processing your payment information
  • We are unable to ship to the address provided

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification via email. Please be assured you will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, you may contact Customer Service for recommendations.

Customer Requested Cancellations

Our system is designed to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so after you have clicked "Place Your Order", you cannot cancel or make changes to it.

If you change your mind, you may return any unwanted items by following our return instructions once you receive your order in the mail.
